This Privacy Policy explains how Allan Adan ("I", "me", "my") handles information collected through this portfolio website (the "Site"). I respect your privacy and collect only what is needed to respond to you.
01.Information I collect
I collect personal information only when you choose to submit it through a form on the Site:
- Contact form: your name, email address, optional company, and your message.
- Resume request form: your name, email address, optional company, and an optional role/note.
I do not collect this information passively, and I do not require you to create an account.
02.How I use your information
- To read and respond to your message or inquiry.
- To review resume requests and, only if I approve the request, to email my resume to the address you provided.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent and my legitimate interest in responding to people who contact me. I do not use your information for advertising or automated decision-making.
03.How your information is processed & stored
The Site does not run its own database. When you submit a form:
- Your submission is delivered to my personal email inbox through a third-party email delivery service.
- The Site is hosted on a third-party cloud platform, which may process technical data (such as IP address and request logs) as part of normal hosting and security.
- Resume-approval links are short-lived signed tokens that expire after 7 days and are not stored on any server.
Once a message reaches my inbox, it is retained there as ordinary email correspondence. You can ask me to delete it at any time (see "Your rights").
04.Sharing & third parties
I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. It is shared only with the third-party service providers that make the Site work (such as email delivery and hosting), and only to the extent needed to provide those services. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.
05.Cookies & tracking
This Site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics/tracking. Hosting and security cookies or logs may be set by the infrastructure provider as strictly necessary to deliver the Site.
06.Data security
The Site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted to the email provider over encrypted connections. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but I take reasonable measures to protect your information.
07.Your rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with me. To do so, email aadan.dev@gmail.com and I will respond within a reasonable time.
08.Children's privacy
This Site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed to children under 16. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
